Georgia's Pre K Class Professional Development

Gwen Kahn and Faith Duncan discuss their personal experiences of a CLASS Trainer/Coach as they moved through the challenges and successes of implementing professional development in a state-wide initiative focused on increasing the quality of teacher-child interactions in the Instructional Support domain. Learn how Georgia developed their own professional development model using the CLASS that includes a modified version of Making the Most of Interactions (MMCI) with and without coaching, as well as Professional Learning Communities facilitated by Pre-K consultants.
