Teachstone engages in an individualized review process to evaluate accessibility support and accommodation requests and determine appropriate support measures, where applicable.
To ensure your accommodations are in place prior to the start of your training, requests should be submitted at least 10 business days before the training or event. Requests submitted with less notice will still be reviewed, and Teachstone will work to provide appropriate support to the extent reasonably possible. Teachstone evaluates requests for reasonable accommodations intended to support equal access without fundamentally altering essential program requirements of our certifications.

Customer Support will review your request and, if additional review is needed, coordinate Teachstone's internal review process. We will keep you informed of the next steps and work with you to identify appropriate support.
