She has been a Senior Vice-President at Y in Central Baltimore, growing and developing the association’s youth programs that include child care, K-12 partnerships, and Head Start programs, serving over 16,000 youth. Prior to that, she was the President and COO of Brightside Academy, a $90M private child care organization, where she led the company’s significant growth and expansion. And, she has served in other executive-level sales and business development roles in other early learning and education technology companies.
