Monica has worked with children birth to five since 1994, and have held roles from Teacher Assistant to Director of Programs focused in Early Childhood Education, encompassing Infant Mental Health, Preventing Childhood Obesity, Early Intervention, Inclusion, and Parenting Programs.

She is a CLASS Specialist and CLASS Observer for Infant, Toddler, Pre-K, and K-3.
