Look For


As you watch this video, look for how the trainer:
 
  • Models the behaviors associated with a CLASS indicator
  • Employs a variety of examples to illustrate a point
  • Restates definitions repeatedly using her own words
The trainer also:
 
  • Incorporates the participants’ names in her examples
  • Makes a joke and smiles with the participants
