# Permissions Request Form

If you're interested in using some of our copyrighted material in your work, please fill out the form below and we'll contact you. We'll work with you to learn about what you need and how we can help. 

## **When to submit a permission request**

Permission is granted on a non-exclusive, one-time-use only basis which includes but is not limited to doing any of the following to our proprietary tools, manuals, and guides:

- Photocopying 
- Translating into another language
- Reference for a research project or dissertation
- Displaying material artwork for use offsite 
- Repurposing presentations

After we've reviewed and processed your request, we'll send you a permission agreement detailing the Terms of Use.
