InterAct Now: Teacher Summit- FAQ

banner-1Q:  I registered and am excited to check things out! How do I log in?
A:
Visit https://eventmobi.com/teachersummit and enter the email you registered with. This is where you will watch the sessions, join discussions with other attendees, download resources, take notes, and more! After the event, it’s also where you’ll access the recordings. We have over 20 sessions so you may want to review the schedule to plan ahead. Here’s a quick video on how to create your personal agenda plan in EventMobi that you can update at any time.

Q:  How much is registration?
A:
Early bird pricing (June 15- June 30) is $79. Regular pricing (July 1- July 31) is $99.

Q:  I want to send a large group of teachers. Is there any discount?
A:
Yes! Even after the early bird discount expires, any group that sends 10 or teachers will be charged $79 per registrant.

Q: What if I can't make it the day of the conference? Or I miss some of the content? Can I access it later?
A: Yes! The Virtual Summit will take place August 4-5, 2002 from 12-4pm ET. However, if for some reason you need to miss a session (or even the entire conference!), you will have access to the recordings and handouts afterward. This also means you could be in one breakout session and still view the other sessions later!

Q: What if I am not able to attend live or access the content afterward and would like a refund?
A: If for any reason you need to cancel your registration, we will offer a full refund (minus a $10 processing fee) if you reach out before August 3, 2020. Substitutes are also permitted. A substitute is defined as one individual attending the entire duration of the consecutive event days in lieu of the original customer.

Q: When does registration close?
A: The last day to register is July 31.

Q: I need to document my professional development hours. Will I get a certificate afterward?
A: Yes. All attendees will receive a certificate indicating their 10 hours from professional development.

Q: Is the Summit only for teachers? What if I want to send my teacher assistants, coaches, or other staff?
A: The target audience is early childhood (infant-pre-K) and early elementary (preK-3) teachers, but it will be relevant for all education staff that interact with young children (bus drivers, coaches, directors, etc).

Q: I'd like to attend! How can I convince my supervisor?
A: We have an editable justification document you can create here as well as PDF of a flyer that may be helpful to share.

Q: My supervisor thinks it's a great idea, but we don't have the funding. Do you have a scholarship opportunity?
A: Yes! Learn more about the scholarship here.

Q: My question wasn't answered here. Who should I reach out to?
A: Our Customer Support team will be able to help you with any other questions you may have.
