Sarah Neville Morgan and Debra Silverman explain how First 5 California is implementing an innovative state-wide pilot through myTeachstone. MyTeachstone allows effective scaling of the CLASS system by collecting CLASS scores, using data to identify a teacher’s needs, designing differentiated professional development plans, and providing content and context for effective professional development, which will then impact the teaching practices that drive child outcomes.
