The Basics

Q: When is the Summit?
A: 
The InterAct CLASS Summit is on April 15 and 16. You can also stay the rest of the week and attend one of the many CLASS trainings offered April 17–19. Registration for CLASS trainings is not included in the cost of the ticket for the InterAct CLASS Summit.

Q: How much is the CLASS Summit?
A: 
 Buy your ticket now before the early bird rate ends!
Early bird (Until December 31): $400
Regular rate: $500

Q: Besides the conference sessions, what does the registration cost include?
A: Your ticket includes not only access to the conference but also a gourmet breakfast and lunch on both days. Coffee and tea will be available throughout the day as well. You'll be invited to the evening reception with cocktails and hors-d'oeuvres on Monday night and participate in all the fun we've planned!

Q: How big is the InterAct CLASS Summit?
A: We believe in keeping our summit intimate. Each year we cap our registration at just a few hundred to ensure we don't lose the sense of community and connection. You'll be able to meet everyone, share a drink with the presenters, and not feel like you're missing anything. 

Q: Who attends InterAct?
A: Leaders from across the field of early childhood and K-12 educational systems attend the Summit, including educators at every level: statewide decision makers, administrators, instructional coaches, assessors, and teachers. If you believe that every child should have access to life-changing teachers who will intentionally prepare them for academic and emotional success—and you have a role to play in this future—then you belong at the InterAct CLASS Summit.  

Q: How do I convince my supervisor that the InterAct Summit is worth the investment?

Logistics and Travel

Q: Where is InterAct 2019 located?
A:
 Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville, TN. 2100 West End Ave, Nashville, TN 37203

Q: Why did you choose the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel? 
A: 
The beautiful hotel offers modern rooms, a flexible event space, and gourmet Southern food—all with an ideal location. In addition, we're reserving all of the rooms, which means anyone you run into in the elevator, in the lobby, or in the fitness center is also there for the InterAct Summit. Anywhere you go you can connect with another educator passionate about improving teacher–student interactions.

Q: How do I reserve a room at the hotel? 
A: We're excited to be able to offer a great group rate: $209 (plus tax) for king rooms or $219 (plus tax) for doubles. The special rate end Friday, March 22, 2019 so reserve your room today.

Q: I have some dietary restrictions. Will you be able to accommodate them?
A: Breakfast and lunch will be served buffet style. When you register, you'll be asked to describe any dietary restrictions you have. The hotel can accommodate most dietary needs. 

Q: Sadly, I bought a ticket but cannot attend. Can I get a refund? 
A: Yes; tickets will be refunded minus a $75 fee until March 15, 2019. If you purchased an early bird ticket, you’ll be refunded $325 and if you purchased a regular ticket, you’ll be refunded $425.
