FAQs about the InterAct Now: CLASS Summit

Q: When will the virtual conference be? 
A: The virtual 2021 InterAct Now: CLASS Summit will take place over three days, March 23-25 from 12pm-4pm ET/ 9am-1pm PT.  We'll kick off with a keynote Tuesday morning and then a mix of breakout sessions, keynotes, networking opportunities, and Q & A time will continue until 4pm EST. 

Q: Who should attend? 
A:
The Summit is intended for CLASS Observers, Instructional Leaders, Coaches, Administrators, and all levels of ECE leadership. Across the tracks will be content for those who are new to CLASS as well as those with all levels of CLASS experience. 

Q: How much does it cost to attend?
A: Early Bird (until February 15)- $150
     Regular Registration (February 16 - March 19)- $200
     Group discount- $175 for groups of 10 or larger

Q: Do you have a schedule that's easy to share with my organization? 
A:
Yes! If it's easier to send a PDF of a schedule rather than the interactive schedule, you can share use this document. And if you need help getting approval to attend the Summit, you can download this justification document.

Q: I'm not available to participate in the full virtual conference but would like to watch the sessions I miss. Will they be recorded? 
A:
Yes! Everyone who attends the Summit will have access to all the recordings, handouts, and resources shared for 6 months. This means you could be in one breakout session and still view the other sessions later. This also means that if you have to step away from the conference for a moment, you can be sure you won't miss anything.  

Q: Do I need any special technology to participate? 
A:
No. All you will need is internet access. As we get closer to March 23, registrants will receive a special link to create your schedule, watch all sessions, video-chat with others, and more. You can join from your phone, tablet, or laptop. There are 6 tracks to choose from, but you can pick and choose across the three days.
