We’re happy to introduce a new video blog series for coaches: What You Need to Know If You’re New to the CLASS. During this series, we’ll introduce some coaching strategies that can be used if you’re new to the CLASS, are just curious, or if you’re a veteran CLASS user and just want a refresher. Enjoy!

Our last video focused on how to share specific information about a teacher's strengths during coaching sessions. Unfortunately, as coaches, we can't focus solely on positive feedback. Here we discuss how to use data to let a teacher know where his/her weaknesses might be and how to improve upon them.

Have you had a particularly difficult feedback session? How did you share the data with the teacher? Are there any other methods you like to use when coaching? We'd love to hear from you. Post your comments below!
