Jenna consults with the Products team, scopes solutions, and leads the instructional design of our courses. Her areas of expertise are adult learning, performance improvement, and project management. Her portfolio of work includes: Front-end analysis, content strategy, instructional design and production Project planning, scheduling, and risk management Sales and sales enablement Tech adoption, technical writing, and IT systems integration Beginning her career in the financial services industry, she served in sales and management roles. She worked both consumer and commercial accounts and was a top lender. Subsequent work in the learning and performance space broadened her industry experience to consulting, government/social services, telecommunications, and creative staffing. Jenna studied Liberal Arts at the University of Maryland and Organizational Development at Eastern Mennonite University. She holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential and is a member of ATD (formerly ASTD). She is active in social media and promotes open education/MOOCs. Additionally, Jenna is passionate about inclusive early and K-12 education, and she advocates for appropriate IEP/504 accommodations for her gifted daughter with dyslexia and ADHD.
