Emily Ramirez joined Teachstone in 2013 as the Bilingual Client Services Representative after receiving her dual undergraduate degree in Spanish and Women’s Studies from the University of Virginia. In her current role as Account Manager, she works to implement CLASS products and services for contracted clients and strives to make clients happy on a daily basis! Amongst many other tasks, Emily answers phone calls, responds to emails, schedules trainings, and runs reports for clients. When she’s not in the Teachstone office, you may find her hiking, cooking, or spending quality time with her puppy, Daisy.
