We are looking for enthusiastic CLASS Affiliate Trainers, MTP Coaches, and MMCI Instructors to author blog posts that will help trainers be more effective in improving teacher-child interactions worldwide.
In December, we welcomed four full-time trainers and one part-time trainer to our growing training team! While they come from a variety of backgrounds, each trainer comes with a wealth of CLASS knowledge. We are extremely excited to introduce our new trainers to the CLASS community! You may have heard that we are launching a Facebook group for CLASS affiliate trainers, educators, observers, and more!
We have about 2000 Affiliate Trainers and that number is quickly rising. In fact, we trained over 400 Affiliates in 2015 alone! With all of that CLASS content and training knowledge, we wanted to create a space where you can openly interact, share CLASS knowledge and training tips, and discuss other relevant topics with fellow CLASS Affiliate Trainers from all over the world.
Last week, we introduced you to Teachstone trainers Curry Ander, Lisa Criss, Mary-Margaret Gardiner, and Sarah Hadden. This week, we’d like to introduce you to Sherilyn Crump, Jeannine Ernst, Cierra Johnson, Daniel LaCava, and Tracy Jones who also will be contributing regularly to the Affiliate Trainer Blog.
Beyond training reliable CLASS observers, our Teachstone trainers play a vital role in delivering on the promise of CLASS. Across the country and around the world, they help organizations understand that if you improve how teachers connect with students, children learn and achieve more—now and for the rest of their lives.
These trainers will be contributing regularly to the newly updated Affiliate Trainer Blog to share updates, tips, and resources to support our affiliate trainers. You’ll find everything from training tips to information about new CLASS-based research and professional development programs.
